Terms & Conditions
Please read before you sign. Villa Zeytin is managed and serviced by Manzara Villas. In these conditions ‘the client’ shall mean each person named in the booking form.

Insurance and Liability
All activities are undertaken at the risk of the client. All clients must have full and sufficient personal accident, injury and medical expenses insurance to cover the duration of their holiday and must bring with them the insurance details and receipt. No children will be allowed to swim unsupervised. Luggage, valuables and all other personal effects at all times and under all circumstances are at the client’s risk, unless and to the extent that loss or damage is proven to have been caused by the negligence of the owners of Villa Zeytin. The client/s will be responsible for any damage to the contents or structure of Villa Zeytin arising from unreasonable behaviour or activities on the part of the clients.

Payment
The booking deposit must be paid. It is accepted as part payment of the total price, and is nonrefundable. The balance must be received one month before the start of your holiday, when a refundable breakages deposit will also be required. If a booking is made by telephone, the completed booking form and deposit must be received within 7 days otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Changes
The client may alter the dates of their holiday without losing their deposit if and only if Manzara Villas agree to the alterations. A reasonable charge may be levied for this facility. Manzara Villas reserve the right, in extreme cases, to change the accommodation offered to a different but comparable accommodation.

Visas
All visa, passport and health certificate requirements are the responsibility of the client. All British citizens need a Turkish visa, obtainable at the entry airport at a cost of £10 (in 2005) per person. Manzara Villas cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in a client’s documents. This constitutes a contract between the client and Manzara Villas, once a completed Booking Form and deposit have been received by Manzara Villas or their agent, and written acceptance has been sent to the client. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
